Sustainability at Peelbergen

At Peelbergen, sustainability isn’t just a goal—it’s a commitment that shapes everything we do. In 2024, we took a significant step forward by going fully operational with our solar panels, enabling us to generate clean energy and substantially reduce our carbon footprint. But our mission doesn’t stop there.

In 2025, we’re taking this dedication even further. Plans are already underway to install more electric vehicle chargers, making it easier for our visitors to adopt greener modes of transport. Additionally, we partnered with the local community to install birdhouses across the property, supporting the local fauna and contributing to the preservation of biodiversity in our region.

These efforts are part of a larger strategy to create an environmentally responsible Peelbergen. From recycling plastics in our bar and restaurant to maintaining pesticide-free grass arenas, every initiative reflects our dedication to sustainable practices.
