PRO TOUR
CAN PONIES PARTICIPATE IN A PRO TOUR?
No, the pro tour is for horses only
DO I NEED A MEMBERSHIP TO COMPETE IN A PRO TOUR?
To participate in the PRO Tour you must be a member of the Riding Club de Peelbergen. With a membership of Riding Club de Peelbergen you automatically become a member of the KNHS to exclusively participate in the Peelbergen competition & PRO Tour. You can get that directly via Equipe upon entering a show.
DO I NEED A NKHS LICENSE OR A START PASS?
Riders do not need to be a member of the KNHS to participate in a Pro Tour. You do not need a license or start pass.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ENTRY?
You can only change your start number at the show office before the start of the class. Any request or changes can be made through an email to wedstrijden@peelbergen.eu, until 24hrs before.
HOW CAN I ENTER A PRO TOUR?
You can enter via entry.equipe.com.
HOW LONG DOES MY MEMBERSHIP LAST?
A Riding Club de Peelbergen membership runs from 1 January until 31 December and will be automatically stopped at the end of the year.
HOW MUCH DOES A MEMBERSHIP COST?
The Peelbergen Membership for 2023 is €69,50- and can be purchased directly upon entering a show on entry.equipe.com
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PEELBERGEN COMPETITION AND A PRO TOUR?
The PRO Tour is based on the Peelbergen competition with some nice extra additions. The PRO Tour courses are built by an internationally recognized course builder. There is more prize money to be earned and there is a 1.45 Grand Prix with jump-off at the end of the show. In the outdoor season the jumping will always be in the XL-arena. The PRO Tour has been specially developed to help pro riders prepare for international competitions. The PRO Tour competitions will generally only take place during the week.
WHEN DO ENTRIES OPEN?
New Entry System Since January 2025! Please read the description below!
Monday, 09:00 -16:00: Entries open only for riders with stables. Make sure to pay immediately, or your entry will be removed at 16:00.
Monday, from 19:00: Entries open for everyone (including riders without stables). All payments must be made immediately, or your entry will be canceled. IMPORTANT: Free cancellations are not possible.

24 hours before the start of the competition the starting order and times will be published and made available via online.equipe.com
International show jumping competitions
DO I NEED A PEELBERGEN MEMBERSHIP TO COMPETE IN A CSI?
No, you don’t need a Peelbergen membership to participate in international shows at Peelbergen.
HOW CAN I ENTER A CSI AT PEELBERGEN?
You can enter our CSI’s via your own federation. If you have questions, you can email csi@peelbergen.eu.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE CSI SCHEDULE?
You can find the schedule, the program of the show, and the link to the startlists and results on our website, on the show page. Simply look up the show on the agenda or on the CSI overview, and click on the show you want.

WHERE CAN I SEE WHICH CSI’S ARE ON THE PROGRAM?
We have a dedicated CSI page with the international jumping competitions scheduled for the year. We try to schedule as far ahead as possible, but it can happen that the calendar undergoes some changes.
Peelbergen Competition
CAN I COMPETE IN A PEELBERGEN COMPETITION IF I AM NOT DUTCH?
Yes, you only need to have a membership of Riding Club de Peelbergen, with this you automatically become a member of the KNHS to exclusively participate in the Peelbergen competition & PRO Tour.
CAN PONIES PARTICIPATE IN A PEELBERGEN COMPETITION?
Ponies can jump only out of competition (HC) in a Peelbergen Competition.
DO I NEED A PEELBERGEN MEMBERSHIP TO COMPETE IN A PEELBERGEN COMPETITION?
To participate in these competitions you must be a member of our club. Anyone can become a member, the membership is valid for one calendar year. By becoming a member of our club you automatically become a member of the KNHS. It is not necessary to be in possession of a KNHS start pass to participate in our Peelbergen Competition.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ENTRY FOR A PEELBERGEN COMPETITION?
Cancellations can be mailed to wedstrijden@peelbergen.eu. Unsubscribe is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the competition day(08h00), solely by sending an e-mail to wedstrijden@peelbergen.eu, after this time the entry fee remains payable to the organization.

STABLES & STABLE RENTING
DO THE STABLES GET CLEANED BEFORE MY ARRIVAL?
Yes, on top of that, we periodically disinfect stables to do our very best to ensure the horses’ health.
HOW CAN I RENT STABLES AT PEELBERGEN?
During shows, you can reserve stables for one or more nights directly on Equipe. Please write in the comment when you wish to arrive. You must pay online immediately, only then are the stables definitely reserved. We only accept reservations that are paid on beforehand. If you want to rent a stable during arena renting, training, or outside show days, you can send an email to wedstrijden@peelbergen.eu
IS ENTRANCE TO THE STABLE RESTRICTED?
During international shows the entrance is restricted to those who received the bracelet at our show office.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES OF THE STABLES DURING SHOWS?
During shows, the gates to the stable open at 07.00am and close half hour after the last class, for entrance outside opening hours you can contact 0031 6 23071155
TRAINING & ARENA RENTING
ARE ALL TRAININGS MARKED ON THE CALENDAR?
Yes, you can find all scheduled training days in our agenda
ARE THE ARENA RENTING DAYS MARKED ON THE CALENDAR?
No, we have weekly arena renting so you can directly check the possibility and book it on Equipe. If you want to ask about future availability, you can send an email to wedstrijden@peelbergen.eu
CAN I RENT THE ARENA PRIVATELY?

HOW LONG DOES THE TRAINING SESSION LAST?
When you enter a training, you will compete in a training class just like at a show. When you rent the arena, you can rent it per hour or per horse.
IS THERE ANY PRIZE MONEY DURING TRAININGS?
No, trainings are without prize money
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT AN ARENA?
The costs for rent per horse are €22,50
Private rent of the indoor arena costs €145,- per hour (October to March)
Private rent of the outdoor arena costs €115,- per hour (April to September)

DO I NEED A PEELBERGEN MEMBERSHIP TO TAKE PART IN A CDI OR CPEDI?
No, you don’t need a membership at Peelbergen to participate in international shows at Peelbergen.
HOW CAN I ENTER A CDI/CPEDI?
You can enter via your own federation, for the CPEDI we have an entry form on the page of the event.
